The lady at front of store was so lovely & helped us pick all of our flooring & our fitter Joel exceeded expectations in every way. Did two long days, out of hours to make sure our floors were fitted so that my children has flooring. We couldn’t thank you enough Joel, see you soon! Highly recommend! Amazing work & high finish. Appreciate everything you’ve done for us.
We said we’d be back! More great service from Carpet Co. They’d previously carpeted my front room, so there was no hesitation in using them again. Had a slight hiccup during fitting however it was resolved quickly and the fitters went above and beyond to get to us before Christmas. So thank you to Liam and the fitting lads. Amazing staff and carpet fitters , all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Bought carpets from here for many years wouldn’t go anywhere else . Highly recommended
Nightmare to deal with from start to finish, I spent £2,500 with the company and the level of in professionalism was a joke. The day they were supposed to turn up to do the job they just didn’t come and I was chasing them up all day, the next day they came 2 hours late with no apology, then finally the fitter told me upon completion after a price had been agreed with an invoice that I was underpaying him & owed more then what was on the invoice. Not happy at all & do NOT recommend!
I love the simplicity of the service at CarpetCo. I've bought a few carpets from there now. They don't jump on you with cheesy sales patter when you walk in like most places. They recently helped me out with a great deal on some carpets for my mother in law who didn't have a lot of money. Joanne helped me make best use of our budget to get decent carpet and underlay. A personable and human interaction, not the pushy sales agenda which seems to be the norm theae days. Keep up the good work CarpetCo!
Absolutely fantastic, awesome price, wide selection of carpet and Lino, super fast to come out and measure up then carpet fitters out 2 days later... job done!
