Best at Flooring

Ordered laminate and scotia beading. There was a mix up in delivery but it was promptly rectified.

Highly recommended. My workman only needed one 3.35m pack of Karndean flooring to complete the bathroom but all the other companies he’d looked at had a minimum order of three packs (or more) until he found Best at Flooring. The communication from AJ was exceptional – prompt to reply to queries and extremely courteous to boot. The delivery was made by the courier on the agreed date and AJ confirmed a one hour delivery slot and the product arrived as promised in the morning and was laid in situ in the afternoon. Thank you very much.

I order the LVT and no issue until I got to delivery day. Everything turns to chasing. Had to call 4 times until I was given a delivery time. Then the driver called and told me he won't drive to my property and I had to drive to him and load into my car and take it to my house. I had many delivery and I never had any issue they cant drive to my house. The house is build 6 years ago and not in middle of nowhere. 2 cars can easily pass the street. I called to get at lease delivery charge back but no flexibility. Never again buy from there such too much chasing and headache.

Paid them for a sample piece of flooring with the intention of perhaps ordering from them, they could not fulfil the ordered sample, said they would arrange for a courier to send another, but nothing happened, so I asked for a refund which I DID receive a few days later. A bit of a waste of time.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I placed an order last Saturday, within half an hour of ordering received a phone call from the company to arrange a delivery date for the following Thursday, I then called on the delivery day (baring in mind I'm based in Oxfordshire) and was given a 2 hour time window, delivered within that time window and I was very happy with how it arrived. Flooring was laid today (the day after delivery) and it's absolutely perfect, the quality is amazing and I am so very happy with the product. I will definitely be buying from this company again and will recommend to family and friends.

A truly 5 star experience with this company. Ordered Karndean late on Monday and it was delivered direct by the end of the week. There was an issue with choices as what we ordered wasn't available. A Karndean problem. But it was resolved swiftly over the phone.

They're lucky that they can afford to ignore prospective customers! Maybe my order wasn't worth the effort! Non existant customer service! . . . . . After being reminded they did reply today and offered lots of useful advice. Thank you for that. Hopefully they will monitor their junk box in future!
