Steve Jackson and Ben have fitted new carpets in all the rooms in our house in Wetherby and a Bungalow in Cookridge. In both cases, they did a superb professional job at a very competitive price. The new carpets fit perfectly, and have a cushioned feel like “waking on air” due to the high-quality underlay, which they supplied. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve, he does an excellent job and has a great work ethic. First, Steve measured up, and explained exactly what size carpets we needed to order for the least wastage. His quotation gave us the option of saving some money by taking up and disposing of the old carpets ourselves. Once the new carpets were delivered, we arrange a date with Steve for fitting. We were able to move everything except large items of furniture out of the way. On the day, Steve and Ben arrived at the time they said they would, and communicated very well with us, so we could clear one room, while they fitted the carpets in another. Steve and Ben were able to move the heavy items of furniture to complete fitting the underlay and carpet in each room, and helped us put those things back in place. Both Steve and Ben got through a huge amount of work on the day, but always at a measured pace to make sure that things were done right. They took care to make sure any cabling was hidden were needed and wasn’t damaged by the fitting process. Overall, they did an excellent job at a great price. Just how it should be from experienced local tradesmen who take pride in their work.

This is the second time we’ve used Steve, and each time he has done brilliant job. We found it really handy that he brings samples to your home so you can see exactly what they will be like! (Saves loads of time trailing around carpet shops too). Very pleased and will use him again
