Friendly, knowledgeable help in the shop and quick, tidy fitting are the themes that recur throughout accounts of this Hillsborough carpet and flooring business. Customers describe staff who assist with choosing carpet, lino, wood and laminate without applying pressure, and who treat small jobs such as a short length of bathroom lino with the same care as larger orders. The fitters arranged by the company are repeatedly called polite, fast and pleasant, with several reviewers noting that floors were left clean afterwards and that the finished work looked excellent.

Ordering is often highlighted as straightforward, pricing as keen, and refunds as processed without fuss, while the range of carpet and underlay is praised as wide enough to suit different colours, types and sizes. One customer recalls needing a roll end at short notice after another supplier failed, and being helped to find suitable carpet and underlay in time.
