Very happy. Large store, and I found the lino I wanted, and was easy to book in for a fitting. Good price. Fitters were very pleasant and did a good job. Very pleased.

Great service only negative was didn’t get a phone call from fitters to let me know what time they were coming so had to stay in all day . But they did a great job.
Good service and floor looks lovely. Good price, looked around and Wilsons had the best price. Floor fitters were very good too. We also had something refunded and no messing around refunded the same day. Will be back soon for the stairs carpet.
Bought a carpet from Wilson's carpets at Hillsborough and was told a price for the carpet to be fitted . When there fitters arrived said it was £15 more than quoted because we hadn't bought the under lay from Wilson's . We were not told this in the shop . Even if I had bought it from Wilson's they would have still had to fit it so what's the difference . Very disappointed with the service from Wilson's especially when we had to wait a month for there fitters to come and fit the carpet and then be told by the fitters that the carpet wouldn't fit . I replied try turning it round oh look it fitted perfect .
A very good company although, they over calculated how much carpet I needed and charged me for carpet adhesive that the fitters always carry in their vans. Fitter did a really good job and very satisfied with the fitting of my carpet. The carpets are of outstanding quality.
