Great service from beginning to end! Staff very helpful when choosing flooring for our bathroom re pattern & size of the room. Had to postpone fitting due to a leak in the bathroom. They happily put the fitting on hold til we were ready. Once fitting was arranged we were very impressed by the fitter. Rang to say when he was on his way. Very friendly and polite. Flooring looks lovely. Really happy with it. Will definitely use this company again when we need kitchen flooring & carpet. Very efficient & professional! Definitely recommend!
This is the 3rd time I have used the Queens Road store and I have mostly been happy with their customer service This time it was someone called Richard I didn’t have to wait I knew what I wanted He was really friendly and efficient provided me with all the information I needed I just need the delivery and fitting to go well now
There are some good elements to the company so have not gave 1 star. But ultimately, I feel the completely wrong carpet choice was sold to me for a stair installation. I know this falls on my shoulders but as some one who knows nothing about carpets I would have expected a little more guidance about choosing a carpet which will finish better on stairs. I've not contacted the store yet as I'm assuming this is a natural look for this type of carpet and it will fall onto me picking the carpet but as I said, the in store sales team Should have advised better, they said “it will look beautiful” well I disagree. Edit: to be fair to united carpets they rang me straight up after seeing this review and resolved the issue by sending the fitter over to make it tighter
