Not for us , called in at their place to look at flooring to be turned away , they only come out with samples to home visits
Rebecca was great and extremely friendly. The fitters on the other hand were the worst. Their aim was to get the job done and run out as quick as possible. My radiator in my toilet was left damaged by the fitter with paint being scraped off which i spotted once the fitters had left my home. I emailed lazy carpets and they just denied the whole thing saying it was probably there from before. Their communication was slow and there was no ownership of what they had done. In the end they told me to take £10 as compensation which i refused as I had paid close to £600 for the job and just wanted the radiator repaired. AVOID this company as they use awful fitters and if you are left with an issue you'll have the worst after care.
We recently had carpets fitted by Lazy Carpets and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Rebecca came out to measure up and provide the quote. She was lovely, professional, and clearly knew her stuff. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, answering all our questions and helping us choose the right options. The fitting team were fantastic as well. They completed all of the upstairs carpets within just a few hours and did an amazing job. The quality of the fitting is excellent, and they were friendly and efficient. Overall, the service was brilliant from start to finish. Great communication, great workmanship, and a genuinely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Lazy Carpets to anyone looking for new flooring.
