James Nolan Flooring

The dominant theme running through the feedback for James Nolan Flooring is the calibre of the finished wood floor after sanding, staining and refinishing work. Tony and Andy are both named by customers, with Tony praised for his professionalism and diligence on a sanding and staining project, while Andy is credited with guiding the job from the initial meeting through to settling the scope of work and how long the sanding would take. Reviewers describe full overhauls of wooden floors, covering sanding, repairs and a fresh finish, and note that the results transformed the rooms.

Reliability and punctuality recur, as does the courteous, professional conduct of the team from start to finish. Value for money is raised, with one account observing that the service sits neither at the cheapest nor the most expensive end of the market. The timescale for the sanding was set out clearly beforehand. Tidiness is a further point that comes up often, with floors left ready to use once the team had departed. The advice given on staining and on finalising the job is another consistent strand, and the appearance of the completed floors is the detail that stays with customers.
