What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Specialising in floor finishing supplies and professional power tools, the Garston-based merchant has built a following among tradespeople who restore and renew timber floors. Reviews time and again mention the breadth of the range, noting that the shop stocks far more than expected, including Festool equipment and a wide array of finishing products, often at prices that compare well with larger outlets. More than one customer describes the advice as knowledgeable and readily given, whether the query concerns a technical issue or the correct finish for a particular floor.

A theme running through the feedback is the speed of delivery, with orders arriving promptly even when requested at short notice. Dave is named by one customer for inspecting a parquet floor that had been poorly finished elsewhere and offering to redo the work, a job that was completed to a standard the customer describes as better than the original. Communication is praised throughout, and the handling of a minor product issue is described as quick and effortless, resolved without friction. Orders are placed by sanding and refinishing businesses as well as homeowners, and the personal, dependable character of the service is what customers return to.

The store has a much larger than expected selection of professional power tools as well as selling a vast array of floor finishing supplies. I bought Festool products with very competitive prices vs what I could find at main stores with next day delivery. Will definitely have this store on my go to store in the future.

Excellent customer service and very competitive prices. At no fault of their own, I had a minor issue with a product which they were very quick to resolve making the whole ordeal effortless. Very impressed and I'll certainly order again and recommend to peers and friends. 5/5!

By far the best supplier I have used so far for floor products, machinery and advice! I have used Grandparkett for around 5 years. Dave has been in the industry long enough to give sound and impartial advice, and aftercare. Great products great prices!! 👍
