Paul and Paula are thoroughly professional. The quote provided was competitive and the work produced on time was exceptional. I am thankful for their work.
Can’t praise enough. Paul worked tirelessly at bringing life back to my old worktops which are now restored to their former glory. Despite all the sanding, the kitchen was left spotless. Also provided advice on the best way to maintain the wood. Highly recommend!
Paul arrived at the time he stated, was very efficient and professional, but most importantly the job was fantastic and our floors look like new👍. He helped me choose the finish and patiently explained the options, trying different finishes. Excellent value for money.
Omg. Its like I have a new floor. Its amazing. I hired a sander and wrecked it but Paul has worked his magic and made it beautiful. Another plus, there was also not as much dust as I thought. Paul and Paula were so helpful and responsive. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend.
We had AAP (Paul) round to take a look at our living room floor. When we purchased the house the floor was already installed and had some damage so I wasn't really attached to it or knew anything about it. Paula was amazing at chatting through the process and giving us an idea of what to expect. A real no nonsense attitude that felt very genuine and sold us from the first conversation. Granted the price was more expensive than other companies but I've found you can rely on the more experienced ones who don't need to oversell their handy work. On the day Paul chatted through what would happen, showed me a bunch of the tools (I think he could tell I was interested) and then cracked on, with the odd break to show me the progress but overall just got on with the job. Gave me some handy bits of advice for aftercare etc and some tricks of the trade. Overall I can't recommend AAP enough, it's either repair and refinish or spend twice (if not three times) the cost to get something new.
