We really can’t thank S11 Carpets and Flooring enough for our amazing new flooring! From initially walking into the shop to the final visit to the shop, Sam, Cathy and Duncan were incredible! We were looking for flooring for our kitchen, dining room, hallway and lounge- herringbone and hard wearing for a dog! The team gave us the perfect option and Sam helped us find the perfect floor as per a photo I had seen! It only took a few days from start to finish to install and we absolutely love it! I have used S11 Carpets recently for the finishing touches to my dream kitchen. Sam and Duncan have been superb in every way, from measuring to fitting LVT flooring, perfect fit blinds to the French doors and a window blind, we also bought “hug rug” doormats. We had a through living room/dining room carpet fitted recently & had a fantastic experience with S11 Carpets & Flooring Ltd. We received a warm welcome when we visited the shop to look at carpet colours, including taking a large pile of samples home to try out in the light at different times of the day. Then when we found our favourite carpet elsewhere for a cheaper price they price-matched their competitor, which was great for us. The fitters were the best I have ever seen; they turned up 10 minutes early, were super efficient & even took time to explain what they were doing at each step of the process to our kids, who found it all very entertaining! They vacuumed up after themselves & didn’t have any problems moving around a big bookcase & upright piano which were already in the room. To fit a carpet so neatly is such an amazing talent to have, but they made it look effortless. We will definitely be using the same company next time we need carpets fitting. ❤️
