Great experience dealing with Bensons. Friendly staff in a proper shop with lots of choice. They took our order and kept in touch despite delays from our side they honoured their original quote. The fitters were prompt, polite and left the house clean and tidy whilst we were out at work. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Can’t speak too highly of the service we received from Bensons after ordering a new fitted lounge carpet. Because of the logistics around us taking delivery of a new suite of furniture, having the old suite removed, we could not give a definite fitting date, they were prepared to store the carpet until required. This week everything finally came together, and we are delighted with the outcome. A special mention must go to the two carpet fitters for the superb job of removing the old carpet and fitting the new one. Also, the replacing all the lounge furniture, a job they did voluntary. Thanks again lads.

It's a decent shop with a good choice. The only 3 stars is due to the fact that in October they told us they could fit the carpet within 2 & 1/2 months. Got exactly the same carpet from Pyramid in Woodseats a few weeks later. Getting fitted in 2 days
