Newcastle Beds & Carpets Flooring

Newcastle Beds & Carpets is a family-run business that was founded in Newcastle and has been operating for over 25 years. It serves Newcastle upon Tyne and the North East. The company offers a free in-home measuring and consultation service and provides professional installation of carpets, flooring and beds. It offers removal and disposal of old carpets.

It provides a 10-year warranty on carpets and a 5-year warranty on beds. It offers a 14-day return policy for undamaged products in original condition. It offers eco-friendly and hypoallergenic options in carpets and beds. It specialises in custom-sized beds. Carpet installation usually takes 2-4 hours. It does not provide financing options. Main services include carpets, flooring, beds, rugs, sofas and dining furniture.

Households across Newcastle upon Tyne have turned to this carpet fitter and flooring shop for carpets, lino and bedding, and the accounts that recur centre on the finished result. Fitting for homes, including attic rooms and awkward, twisting staircases, comes up repeatedly, with customers noting that carpets and lino were supplied and laid in the same week as the initial visit. Several reviewers describe the fitters as friendly, professional and quick, and a detail many reviews return to is how tidy the work is left, with floors finished neatly and cleanly.

Named team members, among them AJ and Runan, are singled out for kindness, respect and going beyond what was expected, even helping to shift furniture. The range of options available in the shop is praised, as is the guidance given when choosing a carpet, and communication before and during the job is described as clear. Customers repeatedly mention that prices are reasonable and competitive for the quality delivered, with ordering, delivery and fitting handled as one smooth process. The carpets themselves are described as good quality and hard-wearing, and repeat custom for both carpet and lino is a common theme among the reviews.
