Northumberland Carpet Fitting

Carpet fitting across Newcastle upon Tyne features prominently in accounts of Northumberland Carpet Fitting, whose customers commonly commend the friendliness and professionalism shown by the team. Simon is named in multiple accounts and is described as accommodating urgent requests, notably one landlord who required an entire house re-carpeted before a new tenant arrived. Something that features in review after review is the standard of communication, with updates given throughout the work, which proved particularly valuable for a client living two hours away.

Reviewers also note that carpets were sourced and a supplier found on that customer's behalf, removing the need for travel. The completed installations are consistently described as looking excellent, with careful finishing and a tidy approach on site. Problems, where they arose, are said to have been addressed without hesitation, including a fitting carried out late in the day after the carpet was delivered that afternoon. Politeness and a professional attitude recur in the feedback, as does a readiness to take on further work, with one customer keeping the contact for future jobs.
