The customer service was exceptional; friendly, professional, flexible and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. The sanding was completed to an outstanding standard, even including repair work, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the results. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their amazing service or use them again. Donald carried out the sanding for us and was fantastic - not only a genuinely lovely person, but also highly professional, dedicated, and meticulous in his work. Neighbours had a good experience with Mr Sander and recommended them to us. Absolutely brilliant experience with Mr Sander. Our dark brown horrid scuffed wooden floors were brought back to life. Excellent experience from start to finish. Ivan and his team sanded, stained, and lacquered our old Victorian staircase, removing three layers of old paint and varnish and bringing the wood back beautifully. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and always punctual. The work took about 4–5 days and the attention to detail, especially around the intricate areas of the staircase, was impressive. We’re really pleased with the final result and would happily recommend them.
