Nick and his coworkers delivered on time, with great advice and overall communication was super smooth. We are so happy with the result! I would recommend Resand to anyone
Nick is a genuine professional who informs you with information that corroborates Google. He really thinks along and is careful in his execution. Nick is a highly experienced specialist. And as first time homeowners, this was what we wished for and we are beyond happy with Nick’s guidance and work. Thanks!
Nik attended and worked extremely hard to ensure the finish was beautiful. He was punctual, hard working, careful and treated my property with the utmost respect. Nik went above and beyond to make my flooring look like new. I’m very pleased and extremely impressed. I will definitely recommend Resand to friends and family.
We are so pleased with the results of our floors after Ivan and Melina worked on them! It has absolutely transformed our entire space and given it new life. We’re very grateful for their expertise and happy we chose Resand to sand our floors! They were punctual, efficient, transparent about costs, easy to work with and organised. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I had my floors sanded and refinished in what was basically most of the house. I dealt with Nick, Ivan and Melina throughout the process. Ivan and Melina were the on site team. They were very tidy and professional. Ivan is very passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to what he does and worked very hard to complete the job. Overall I am very happy with my refinished floors and I'll always reach out to ReSand for future projects. Would definitely recommend. Some before, during and after pictures of one room for reference. Very happy
Nick and team were fantastic. After 18 years of wear and tear, the floor is like brand new again! The guys who came round were really friendly and polite. They moved the furniture, took real care when sanding and kept mess to a minimum. One of them even came back on a Saturday morning to finish off the job. They were also reasonably priced. Can’t fault them and can’t imagine you would be able to find a better company to do the job!
Amazing team. Great work. Nick is super professional. Ivan did an amazing job with our floors. The team really cares about the work they do, really passionate. Would recommend.
