I am writing this review as a warning to other customers. Unfortunately we have had a bad experience with Serdar. He promised a “5 star, dust free” service but this is not even close to what we received. Unfortunately the service we were given was unprofessional and to a subpar standard. On the first day, him and his team were late and were also getting lessons on how to use the equipment. This was of course worrying. He promised the job would be done in 3 days and clearly set out the time frame, however he went against his word and told us he was unable to attend for the time we had already agreed on and so arrived 5 hours later than we had planned for. Meaning the job was rushed and also went way over schedule. Because the job was rushed the floors were not sanded properly, the edges were not sanded at all, the kitchen floors were rushed and currently 2 weeks later our floors already have gaps in them. They left our house in a complete mess, ruined our furniture and ruined our marble kitchen tops. When we asked them how these things were going to be rectified he completely ignored us and disregarded the terrible job he had done. On top of this they illegally dumped their waste (dust) into public drains. His service was a waste of money and has lead to more problems for us. All of his reviews are positive but we have proof the reviews are fake. He is using photos he took of our house under a fake name leaving a good review. He is a conman and I would be careful of hiring him to work in your home

Serdar and his team did an excellent job ahead of the Easter holiday. They were professional, friendly, and delivered everything right on time. I’d like to thank Serdar and the entire team for their great work.

I am writing to formally report my experience with Serdar and the operation involving Dr. Sanders. Despite a positive initial meeting, the service provided was entirely unprofessional and did not match the claims made. We encountered several significant issues during the job: - Lack of Experience: Although he claimed three years of experience, he appeared unfamiliar with the rented equipment and had to be coached on how to use it. We have since discovered that the photos provided as proof of past work were fraudulent. - Poor Workmanship: The edges of the flooring were left unfinished, and hair was found trapped within the varnish. - Property Damage: Varnish stains were left on our kitchen countertops, sink, and floor tiles. Additionally, sawdust was scattered throughout the house and dumped into the street drain. - Lack of Professionalism: No cleanup was performed, and the contractor pretended not to speak English to avoid addressing these concerns. Due to the poor quality of the work, we are now forced to pay to have our floors redone. Please be aware that the positive reviews for this business, including the photo in [Orhan's Name]'s review of our front room, are misleading.
