Direct Wood Flooring

Andrew and his team were simply excellent with customer care.

Logan was brilliant, excellent customer service!!! Very personable which made our experience stress free!!

Highly recommend DWF. I'd been to another flooring superstore but found the staff really unhelpful. Could not have had better customer service here. Logan was friendly the moment we stepped into the store. He quickly found the flooring I'd been looking at on the Internet from my vague description. He suggested a few alternatives which he thought might suit our wood furniture better and laid the samples out. We left the shop a short time later having purchased flooring for the pretty much the entire house, to be delivered to us as we need it. Price was very good too.

Brilliant service from Logan. A very knowledgeable and polite guy. He came up with some great ideas and suggestions which made our decisions a lot easier. Would highly recommend DWF.
