We had the pleasure of dealing with the boss himself at Fosehil Carpet, and honestly, he was absolutely fantastic. He couldn’t do enough for us. Within just a few days, it genuinely felt like he’d become family. We were in a really tricky situation, but he pulled out all the stops to help us. We paid yesterday and the carpet was fitted today — the turnaround was unbelievable! I couldn’t decide on a colour until minutes before closing time, but he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he guided me gently to the right choice for our family. He even steered me away from the more expensive carpets I originally had my eye on, and after doing my own research later, I realised just how spot-on his advice was. They truly prioritise what’s best for you, not what’s most expensive. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. They called to let me know what time to expect the fitters in the morning, and then called again in the evening to make sure I was happy. That level of care is rare these days. As for the fitters — Dean and Danny — absolutely fantastic! I can’t praise them enough. Polite, professional, and so knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, offered me options on how the carpet could be laid, and even showed how the shade would change depending on direction. I left it in their hands, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. True experts. Prices were more than reasonable, but the service… the service is second to none. Every single member of staff was amazing. Khalid Uncle, Kingsley, and Ali all hold such deep knowledge of their products — these guys truly know their stuff. Highly, highly recommended. I’m absolutely made up with the whole experience. If you’re thinking about new flooring, don’t look anywhere else!

I stumbled across Foleshill Carpet Centre by accident when let down by service elsewhere. I’m so glad I did! Jack and his team couldn’t have been more helpful in supporting my parents to choose their flooring. There was lots to choose from, and they gave clear, honest advice about what was actually needed for the room, even steering them away from the most expensive option. It was a small job that could easily have been treated as unimportant, but the care and attention shown were second to none. The fitters were amazing and the floor looks great. I’m so impressed that they will be my first choice when I need flooring for my own home, and I’m more than happy to recommend them to others.

I always use Foleshill Carpets. I went past them one day, popped in, got a great welcome and service from Ali and used them ever since. Only this afternoon I've had a new bathroom floor put down and it's better than I could have imagined. Today Danny fitted it. Brilliant. Whether it's been flooring or carpets, every fitter has been fantastic, accommodating and clean. Stress-free flooring, what more does anyone want?
