Karpet Kingdom: Coventry

10/10 from the carpet selection process to the ordering measuring and fitting. Cannot thank Karpet Kingdom enough. Everyone I spoke to was so personable and professional. The whole process was super quick and efficient. Fitters came and fitted the stairs and landing carpet in no time at all, really lovely guys and they left no mess at all! Quick and professional! Really recommend

From start to finish I couldnt have asked for any more. From my initial consultation with the guys at the shop in Coventry, to picking the carpets to arranging the logistics around my small leasehold apartment and requiring extra permissions and paperwork, to the contractors DPM, carpet fitters everyone and everything has been better than I could have expected. All were friendly and professional and I would without any doubt recommend Karpet Kingdom to anyone. Well done guys and thank you for doing such a great job.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t fault this company at all. The price was really fair, and although I paid a little more than some other companies, it was completely worth it for the quality of service and peace of mind. From the person who came out to measure up, to the team at Carpet Kingdom, everyone involved was professional, helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. The communication and customer service throughout were excellent. A special thank you to Luke and Alex, who came to my home and did such a fantastic job. Honest, reliable, hardworking, and genuinely lovely lads — they took real pride in their work, and it showed. I’ve used other companies before for work on my home in Coventry, and honestly, the service and aftercare were disappointing. But Carpet Kingdom has been on a completely different level. Everything — from the first visit to the fitting — was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Thank you so much to everyone involved. I’ll definitely be using your services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others.

Excellent service as always. Very knowledgeable team to offer advice and an excellent choice of carpets to choose from. Fitters were fantastic and made a great job. We have used Chris at Karpet Kingdom for a number of years now and will definitely be going back in the future.

Chris and the team were more than helpful from start to finish. Excellent service from them all while we renovated every room in our house. Would highly recommended karpet kingdom.

Great service from Karpet Kingdom. Shopped around for the carpet we wanted and Karpet Kingdom were competitive on the price, customer service was excellent from Chris at the Coventry branch and the carpets fitters did a great job on the day. Have used before, would use again and no hesitation recommending.
