Absolutely brilliant service from Kenton Karpets. Measured on Wednesday, fitted by Saturday afternoon! 🤯 Brilliant range, super helpful crew and the pricing is spot on 👌🏻 used them for 5 rooms so far and wouldn't hesitate to go to them for more.

Proper old fashioned service, from choosing carpet, until fitting today, Tony who we dealt with at showroom, extremely helpful when we were looking for a new bedroom carpet, took our order, just before Xmas, which would of been done before Xmas, but we had to defer due to work not being completed, not a problem, just let me know when, and he got it sorted very quickly, after we placed our order, Alex the fitter and his mate, (cannot remember his name sorry) Turned up before appointment time and grafted immediately, absolute perfect job, and all hoovered up!!! Even took a remnant away to have it whip edged into a rug for us! 100% recommend to anyone for the incredible service, all staff very helpful and pleasant, proper old fashioned service with a smile!

Highly Recommended so visited store where unbelievable choice available. Immediately attended to by professional friendly assistants who gave helpful advice and guidance to ensure we chose a product to match our requirements. Piers the senior estimator conducted an on-site visit to measure and cost the various options. Once carpets for stairs and lounge chosen and LVT for hallway a small deposit secured ordering and purchase. Carpets fitted by the hugely experienced Alex and Jack. Followed by LVT specialist Joiners Peter and Joan who all completed the task to a highly professional and impressive standard. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Expecting delivery today Thursday 13th November of a carpet to a house I’m moving into so is empty and been waiting since 9am. Having got to 2 pm I phoned KK and was informed the carpet would be here within 2 hours. Phoned again at 4 pm and told the carpet was down for the last delivery. Hole day wasted from a company that seems to pride themselves on there professionalism but not the common sense to give a timeframe on when a delivery will be made, even after phoning twice, oh 4.50 pm STILL WAITING
