We only popped in to take a look and ended up buying wall tiles and flooring. Martyn was so helpful, we weren’t sure what flooring would go with the tiles we liked and he spent time helping us find the perfect tiles. Great customer service, would 100% recommend.

if all goes well it is fine; if you return some flooring the shop cannot do a refund; it's up to head office; but there is nobody at "head office" to talk to - has to be done via live chat; ok so did that - was told it would be sorted that day; a week later - still no refund; I guess i will have to get a refund via the credit card company - more hassle .. Clearly Flooring Superstore focus on sales, getting your money, once they have it .. they do not seem to care much ..

We ordered wood laminate flooring and used the shop's fitter, Paul from Alpha Flooring. He did a fabulous job, fitting Flooring to our hall, kitchen and dining room. It looks great👍 . He did such a good job we hired him direct to subsequently supply & fit living room carpet. He was clean, tidy & reliable, couldn't have asked for more.

I had such a wonderful experience at Tapi Carpets & Floors, ( Hedge End, Southampton), all thanks to David! From the very first moment, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed for my home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every detail. He guided me through the options with honesty and professionalism, making the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. I ended up choosing a beautiful floor and a gorgeous carpet that have completely transformed my little home. The quality is outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. David was kind, friendly, and exceptionally helpful throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Yes… he left me “tapi” — which in Greek means without a penny in my pocket! 😊 But it was absolutely worth it for such stunning results and such excellent service. Thank you, David, for your professionalism and your lovely attitude. I truly appreciate the care you showed, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding customer service.

Avoid this company at all costs - My order - M900594226 Floor ordered / sent wrong floor / out of stock / found stock / sent 4 pieces of flooring rather than 4 packs / found more stock / Didn’t arrive / they cancelled the order and didn’t tell me / you can’t speak to anyone at costumer services - store was great and really frustrated And now I need to go onto a live chat to get a refund more time away from work Don’t bother ordering from this company @dan Foskett hopefully you can call me and sort this out as the service is awful * update Can’t get a refund until they have collected / I have dropped off in store the 4 pieces of wet damaged flooring - again more time spent either staying in or driving to drop off to get my own money back *update They actually took the delivery amount off my refund even though I dropped the 4 pieces off to the store so I can get my money back . Not once have customer services admitted any fault or taken accountability. Even when I was on the live chat ( you can’t speak to anyone ) the operative went off and the next one said she’s gone to lunch !! Let me ready through your notes .. Half way through !! I have all the transcripts if anyone wants proof Against @ Dan Foskett at least call me to find out more how your company is being run . And maybe a sorry this has happened or how can we help you to sort out etc etc Again do not buy anything from this company !!
