Great but non pushy advise on bits we wouldn’t have known about, some we fixed ourselves ready for the flooring. Booked in quickly to come give us a quote at our home and then again no pressure on the quote (we agreed via message 2 mins after they left as we were very happy) Booked the fitting in quickly and did a great job.
Iv used James on two separate occasions. Vinyl in my bedroom and hall stairs and landing. Both times professional, clean and tidy. My small hallway at the bottom of the stairs was tricky as had a the issue of dirty wet shoes coming through my front door. James came up with two different options on what would solve this problem and look the best. I left it to his professional judgement and am more than happy with the result. Carpet and vinyl all top quality at a reasonable price for supply and fit. Would recommend him and use him again.
James was completely transparent with the pricing, zero pressure, and the fitting itself is flawless. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the place spotless. If you're in Southampton and need new flooring, save yourself the hassle of the big retail chains and just call James.
From the first point of contact they where really helpful and professional. The carpet looks amazing and finished to a very high standard. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and I wouldnt use anyone else.
