Xfloor

Xfloor is a family-run UK distributor of flooring and a brand of Chico Property Investments LTD. Chico is the CEO and founder of Xfloor. Aviana Plummer, Braydon Wilkerson and Kristin Watson are also founders. The company has stores including XFloor Official, XFloor London, XFloor Southampton, XFloor Stretford and XFloor Bristol. It supplies flooring for homes and commercial spaces such as shops, offices, hotels and apartment blocks. Its main products are SPC/LVT, laminate, engineered wood and wall panels.

Flooring bought for homes in Southampton moves from choosing a design to delivery and fitting handled by the same team, so the finished floor is laid without the buyer having to arrange anything further. The shop also sells beds, mattresses and furniture, and those purchases are described as being made simple, with delivery and assembly carried out efficiently and the completed bed, including its built-in storage, matching expectations. One thing mentioned again and again is the balance between cost and quality: the flooring is called good value, with prices generally seen as reasonable for what is supplied.

The men who carry out the work are repeatedly described as pleasant and hard-working, getting on with the job even when furniture has to be moved, and leaving the property clean afterwards. The range of designs is mentioned as part of what makes choosing straightforward, and the same reliability is reported from the first enquiry through to the finished result. Several buyers arrived through a family recommendation, and they in turn point to the service and the standard of the completed floor.
