Great experience at this carpet shop! The service was excellent, and Jo was especially helpful and friendly throughout. He provided great customer service and made the whole process easy. Highly recommended!

The salesman in the shop was very helpful as his assistance and advice was very helpful in the choice of carpet and gave direction in placing order, attendance of Ashgar in measuring was within the hour and advice due to an unconventional shape of room was very enlightening before I placed the order.

Went to United Carpets, Ascot Road, Derby, we were greeted by Dan who was extremely helpful in assisting us with our choice of carpets and appropriate underlay. The prices were very reasonable and the choice was excellent. Dan was very flexible and accommodating with the fitting arrangements over three weeks. The carpet fitters, Kyle and Adey were very friendly and professional and made an excellent job of laying the carpets. I would like to thank all who helped us throughout this for being helpful, friendly and very professional.

I've used this branch of United Carpets a few times and have received a great service on each occasion. Asghar (the owner) is friendly, proactive and a pleasure to deal with. I've just had carpets fitted this week - the carpet fitters were very polite and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Great service from Joe this morning. He was friendly and helpful and didn’t apply any pressure if we weren’t happy. He gave professional advice and made sure we were fully aware of the whole cost and fitting process. Would recommend using United Carpets to others.
