We’ve just had 2 bedroom carpets fitted in the last few weeks .We’ve used Astra for the last 8 years and also been treated with respect and at all times. The fitters were great moving my furniture back for me which was a great help also leaving it clean and tidy

I have just had new carpets throughout our house. I received a couple of quotes but settled on Astra Carpets and Flooring. I certainly made the right decision, they are so focused on customer care it was a delight dealing with them, Astra were extremely professional from Neil my first contact who gave me advice on choosing the correct carpet and underlay, Jamie who came out to measure, Matt who came along to prepare me for the decorators before the actual fitting date and finally to the wonderful fitters Froggy and Phil, they were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they were amazing. Lovely chaps that handle the calls, but the fitting team is absolutely rubbish within three years the stairs carpet has come loose in three places, they didn't put one full piece down the straight stairs cut into three parts 😳 absolute joke wouldn't be hiring again
