Jackie has gone above and beyond to help us pick the perfect carpets for our house and flooring for our bathrooms. This is our first home so I was a little lost on where to start but Jackie guided me through giving great advice and tips. Both fitters were professional and efficient and did a great job. We love them and so does our dog!!!

We recently had a bedroom carpet fitted by Royal Scot Carpet & Flooring and were extremely pleased with the whole experience. Jackie carried out the measuring beforehand and gave excellent advice on the best approach, including the right underlay and helping us choose a carpet colour that matched perfectly with our existing carpet. The fitting was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, especially around the desk area where the knee clearance was carefully considered and finished perfectly. Jackie was also incredibly helpful with other related carpet requirements and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We used Royal scot carpet & flooring for our conservatory, from start to finish Jackie was helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some advice on what type of flooring was best suitable for our needs,she brought samples to us so we could see what they would be like when fitted and came back numerous times to moisture test the new concrete floor,Stephen fitted the lvt floor for us and he did a lovely job,he was also very friendly.we would definitely recommend royal scot carpet &flooring

Jackie is lovely and very friendly. She came round to measure up, and we received our quote within a day or so. The carpet fitters were excellent—they got on with the job efficiently and left very little mess behind. I’m very pleased with my new carpets; they look fantastic.
