Useless. Waiting over 9 months for them to rectify damage to outside my property, cut marks to LVT and gaps formed due to improper installation. Customer service non-existent. Steer clear for your domestic jobs at least.

I recently hired The Flooring Company Sheffield for a flooring project from a verbal recommendation and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and commitment to quality was evident. Scott and his team showed great attention to detail, ensuring each plank was perfectly placed and every edge was seamlessly finished. They worked efficiently but never cut corners, and it was clear they took pride in their work. Communication was also excellent I was updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and offered helpful advice. Booked to come and lay some wood herringbone but never showed up. Called and was given the run around as to where is wood guy was. Gave up by lunchtime. Unreliable and a waste of my time. Avoid.
