Quality carpets and flooring, but customer services is beyond words! I was moving house and was very stressed 1 thing after another just kept going wrong!Harvey is an absolute asset to the company! He moved things around to fit each and every hiccup! And kept telling me to smile! As for the fitters, again I can’t believe the service Darrell and his team provided even hoovered and cleaned up! Thank you Tapi, Harvey and team for your wonderful experience

I purchased carpets from Tapi Cambridge on Newmarket Road. Anna was the sales representative, and she was very friendly, helpful, and efficient in arranging the carpet fitting booking. John also visited the property to measure the carpet sizes, and he was very friendly and helpful too. Overall, it was an excellent experience purchasing from Tapi Cambridge on Newmarket Road, with both Anna and John, as well as Victor from Tapi in John Lewis during our first visit. They all did a great job, and it was a very positive experience.

Although we haven’t received our carpets yet just wanted to leave an amazing review for Anna (at cambridge store), who was so friendly helpful and patient towards me and my mum! She was so lovely and made an otherwise seemingly complicated experience of picking out carpets feel very simple and easy!

Whilst I have not received our new carpets yet I wanted to express what a great in store experience we had on Sunday with Anna @ the Cambridge store - she was professional, friendly, took our concerns and opinions on board and gave us a great customer experience. Her friendly, approachable nature left us smiling and excited as we walked out of the shop, she is truly an assist to your company

The quality and cost of the wooden floor, along with range, prompted us to go with Tapi. Their fitters were excellent. They helped us enormously to prepare the floor to receive the wooden floor. The floor was expertly laid with little waste. Highly recommended for a professional job.

Ordered Dori-royce laminate flooring and the quality is awful. Most of the planks are bent and the click mechanism don't work properly. What was supposed to be 1 day job for 1 standard living room came out to be 3 day job and caused lots of stress for my very experienced fitter. I contacted tapi via the same email where delivery was communicated but received no reply. Funny how quickly they reply when they want to get the order completed. I'm hugely disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. Also another thing to add, my sister had her wool carpets supplied and fitted by tapi and it came with the colony of months. It took her a while to get rid of them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
