Wanted to say how impressed I am with the service provided. As a wheelchair user, I was going to find it difficult to move the furniture out of the room for the new flooring to be installed. When preparing the quote, Floor Coverings offered to move the furniture for me. Jamie, who installed the flooring and skirting boards was very polite and easy to chat to. His willingness to help move the furniture both before and after the floor installation was much appreciated, he is a credit to the company. I'm very happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend Floor Coverings Cambridge!

Yet another great experience with Floor Coverings who recently supplied and fitted a new carpet in my lounge. From great help and advice from Darren in store, to Paul the Estimator coming round to measure and to Adam and Brett who did the fitting. All staff are so helpful, polite and respectful. Adam and Brett were great fitters; it was a pleasure to have them in the house for the day - so friendly and nice to be around. Every experience I’ve had with Floor Coverings has been a good one and I happily recommend them to friends and family. Well done guys, keep doing what you are doing.

Absolutely amazing service from Floor Coverings Cambridge. The team did such a lovely job with our flooring and we are so happy with how it has turned out. We had an absolutely fantastic experience having our flooring from this company. Right the way through from showroom to installation team! They were exceptionally quick and helpful with any queries I had, and installed our whole downstairs with so much care and attention to detail. They even made conversation with my 3 year old which she was elated about! She was genuinely sad they finished a day early! We had Amtico Teak in small parquet for anyone interested! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

After sustaining water damage to our kitchen floor we needed some expert advice to help with replacing the damage. Floor Coverings Cambridge were extremely helpful from in-store advice and assistance through to completing the job. We have some slightly different levels to our kitchen floor, which required some planning and expertise to ensure everything was level and it all looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t recommend Floor Coverings Cambridge highly enough. We have used them many times now and each and every time the service is first class. The staff in the showroom are very welcoming and what they don’t know about flooring isn’t worth knowing so you get great advice without feeling pressured to make a purchase. The Estimator (Paul) always comes out to measure promptly and the quote normally arrives within a few days. If you are thinking that Floor Coverings might be an expensive option then think again. We have always found them to be highly competitive and given the service offered we never feel that we have paid over the odds. The Fitters are highly experienced, work hard and really respect your home which is very reassuring these days. I cannot rate the product and the staff highly enough and won’t go anywhere else now. We are so lucky to have such a trustworthy business with such a great selection of products on our doorstep. Well done Floor Coverings - you continue to impress me with your friendly welcome, amazing products, great staff and fantastic service.
