S Wood Floor - Floor Sanding London

This is the second time we’ve contacted Stefan to restore our wooden floor. This time it was an Edwardian parquet floor in need of serious repair, sanding and new varnish. As always, we were blown away with how meticulous his work is, he’s hard working, dedicated, trust worthy and most of all, can transform even the most damaged of floors into a work of art!

Stefan did a fantastic job in our daughters bedroom. The floor had been both painted and carpeted over and he restored it to such beautiful condition. He also gave us great guidance along the way on our options. I will definitely be asking him to do our hallway. Also really quick and neat and a lovely guy to deal with. could not ask for more.

Stefan did a brilliant job at my house. I was originally planning to replace my flooring, but he advised me to restore it instead and assured me he could bring it back to life and he absolutely delivered on his word. The results were fantastic. He also took the time to explain how to properly maintain the flooring to maximise its lifespan, including which products to use. Throughout the whole process, his communication was clear and professional, and he always kept me informed about the work being carried out. Highly recommended.

Stefan refinished the original pine floors in the double parlour of our Victorian house in North London (N4). It was a great experience. He gave clear advice about the products he would recommend to achieve the finish we wanted, and provided a detailed quote very promptly. As the job progressed, he explained each stage and made sure we were happy. Stefan finished the job on schedule and the results were stunning - exactly the look we were going for. Couldn't be happier with Stefan’s flooring work at our flat. The experience was first-class from start to end. His level of craftsmanship was exceptional - he sanded every board and replaced several with careful attention to detail. What really stood out though was Stefan’s patience and thoroughness in explaining the entire process. He visited twice before starting the work just to talk everything through and to answer any questions we had and help us make decisions on varnish. We chose a natural varnish in the end, and we’re chuffed with the end result. Stefan’s dedication went above and beyond - he sourced great replacement boards for us and even left us with extra varnish and sandpaper for future touch-ups and for the stairs (which we’re gonna attempt solo), which was such a thoughtful gesture. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about flooring, and that enthusiasm and expertise shine through in the quality of his work. Beyond his technical skills, he was kind and cheerful, and I’d recommend him everywhere.
