Shocking customer service - my family has been going to this place for years but they were so unhelpful and unfriendly last time I called that I have taken my business elsewhere. The new guys could not have been more helpful, despite me not being a regular customer. All the negative reviews for this place relate to customer service.

Parkview Carpets thought this was a good job, to say I’m disgusted with the customer service side of things is an understatement. This was laid yesterday and I rang the owner Ryan and told him I thought it was done poorly. Guy that owns the shop asked me to send him photos. He then told me that he’d have someone down yesterday to look. No one arrived. He then came down today and lifted it and said I’ll get you a refund. No apology of the job that was carried out now solution etc. I said to him is it being relaid? His answer was “ no I’m not going to as you won’t be happy” Absolutely pathetic service and this experience came from the owner.

I needed some artificial grass secured because of recent storms two of the nicest guys came out to fix the problem for me they were really friendly and helpful I highly recommend Parkview Carpets they also fitted the grass for me a few years ago and they were very helpful then as well

Brilliant business. Top quality carpets, best prices, friendly staff and really fast turnaround times for fittings and delivery. Couldn't do better than that. 100%

If I could rate negative stars I would. Worst customer service at a business we have experienced. Called in got quotes picked a carpet and came down a few days prior to the day we were told it would be down to pay and was told 'it simply won't be done and that's that, what do u expect me to do about it'. Then rang a couple of days later to try and arrange a new day and was so rudely spoken to over the phone and then hung up on me. We have been getting here for years, however we will be taking out business elsewhere from now on. Absolute disgrace.

The two Men who put my floors down wer brilliant. Even helped me with extras so that my sofa wudnt ruin the new flooring. Two gentlemen. Would highly recommend
