If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never felt the need to leave a review in my life but this had to be done. It took 9 and a half weeks and an unbelievable amount of messing me about to get my carpet fitted after paying for it in full. I was understanding, polite and extremely patient during every interaction (and there were a lot) but they had no respect or consideration for me or my time. From Conor who took our payment but never placed the order, to Felix who told me he would call me back in 10 minutes when I finally got through on the phone after ringing every day for weeks but never did so I had to put my very young baby in the car and go down in person, to Aidan the manager who couldn’t care less about customer care - they’re all unprofessional and incompetent cowboys. I have no idea how they have stayed in business for 30 years. The fitters were nice but at this stage I have no idea who is telling the truth about anything that happened. I can’t go into details about everything that happened as it would be an essay and there is a word limit on here. If you value your time and your money take your custom somewhere else.

I had to pick one star. Very disappointed with the service we received at Carpetworld. Called the night before my flooring was due to be put down and was told the joiner had collected the wood and would be with me first thing. 11am I called when no one showed and was told my wood hadn’t been delivered yet. I trusted them so waited another 2 hours with no contact. My husband phoned and was no further. We have a 15 month old toddler and a concrete floor in the living room and at this point if it wasn’t completed today we didn’t know how long it would take being a bank holiday weekend and having to take the time off work. They stopped answering the phone to my husband so he went down to the shop to be told our wood was lost. No contact or offering any support or help from Carpetworld. We got a refund and my husband phoned Glendale who could not have been more helpful, I had a floor picked and a joiner booked for 10.30am the next day within 15 minutes. Will never be using Carpetworld again due to their lack of customer service or support.

Fantastic range and excellent value for money but the five star rating was down to the fantastic customer service. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - makes all the difference

So unprofessional, carpet colour wrong, door runner colours wrong and left there offcuts and rubbish in black bags in the hall. Shocking service everyone go elsewhere and avoid these

Had my flooring done here wasn't happy as it wasn't put down right and they. Came out and tried to fix it but still wasn't 100 percent they were ment to come out again never showed

Called today and was delighted with the service. Was in another shop 10 mins before and difference in price unreal!! Highly recommend

Fantastic service from start to finish, lots of options on all flooring, honest advice and guidance on what suits where. Got the whole house re floored, was given different options and overall it was good Value. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Thanks
