He phoned Lisburn branch and reserved it for me. His customer service was outstanding . Ringing back when he said he would and following through on reserving it for me. I intend to visit the store soon and hope I get Alan to help me.
Semi-detached full carpets replacement. Selected carpet, booked measuring. Measuring itself was inaccurate. Person who did it asked my wife if he needs to measure kitchen and bathroom with tiles on the floor. Promised to call with cost and installation details in 1 day. Called to followup and again no feedback for 2+ weeks. Paid to another company, who did everything within week.
I ordered laminate flooring from this shop and both the product quality and delivery were flawless. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and went out of their way to help. Highly recommend.
Jennifer came out to measure the floor and she did a fabulous job. Darren came and fitted it, he done a great and swift job. Overall, a great experience.
Very happy with my purchase of the "Red Sky" carpet at Martin Phillips Carpets. So i chose a more expensive looking carpet from their range selection for a small box bedroom and was advised there would be a bit a wastage and asked if i still wanted to proceed which i understood but i liked they gave me a heads up as some companies wouldn't care but they did. So yes very happy with the finish and the Fitter was a nice gentleman. Would definitely order from them again.
Fantastic customer service and communication! Adam was patient with me in store and answered all my questions. Ben and Junior came out a few weeks later to fit my carpet and were two lovely, friendly, professional workers. Thanks all, would recommend
Very disappointed with the ravenhill road shop.Had my stairs measured and when over to pick stair carpet but was told they had lost my file .They said they would come out again but couldn't give me a date . They were too busy with their coffee break and taking about Jaffa cakes .Very bad customer service.They just didn't want to know.I will be taking my custom eles where . Disgusting.
