I felt welcomed by a family-owned business, I love the Grey laminate and the staff are really welcoming and friendly.

I have used this family firm for over 30 years. Excellent customer service from showroom, measuring to fitting. Removed and took away old carpets for a reasonable fee. Moved heavy items and put back in place. Took away all rubbish. Really pleased with the finish of fitting. Looks great thankyou Paul and Ste for helping to lift my heavy sofa and sorting measurements and delivery and to 'Dad' in the showroom for his vast knowledge and experience of carpets.

Went to choose carpet on Monday 23 June was fitted next day on time and the carpet fitter helped to move furniture and old carpet was all done and fitted in a couple of hours very pleased with the service

Definitely recommend have used for years.. cannot recognise the negative reviews I've read..I have always found them friendly, reliable, honest and give great service.

Wouldn’t bother with them personally, go to a well known store. All talk, will take your money up front and act helpful to begin with. 1* for not finishing a job on the day out of their own insolence, and then taking materials I needed to finish the job back with them that I’d paid for (about £50 worth). Then impossible to contact as they don’t answer their phone, and won’t return to finish a job despite being contacted 3/4 times, and me being willing to pay the £50 fitters fee. Also did a pretty poor job of cutting lino to fit the floor quite frankly, can still see the ash felt underneath in the corners. Whatever, got someone else to sort it now and won’t be getting any business in a few years when I sell up and move on.

A speedy response to my enquiry, a fair price and great skill, very impressed with how the guys screened the uneven floor and laid the LVT flooring, it looks so stylish, thank you very much to the whole team. Can't wait to get the plastering and painting done to get the upstairs carpets laid now.
