The whole customer journey was exceptional: the initial store visit, expert advice on which carpets are best for you, the measurement service was thorough and clearly explained, the carpet fitting was flawless with extra care and attention to detail, and the after-sales call ensured everything was to the highest standard. Great quality and service all around. Went in on Friday with measurements for the room, they came and double checked the same day and had it fitted for the following Wednesday. The guys in the showroom and the person who came to fit the flooring was all brilliant!
