Great carpets, great fitting, great price

I give this a one star , firstly when I walked in and waited for help , the salesman was on the phone discussing how someone had ugly dirty teeth , he eventually finished his phone call and asked if he could help , I explained what I was looking for and was spoken to so rudely , telling me that there is no such thing as pet friendly carpet. I tried to explain that pet friendly was carpet with stain resistant in case of an accident . Again he told me no such thing , he was very very rude So I walked out and said I will take my business somewhere else So happy I did , I went to Carpet 2 Go and was treated so respectfully and helpful Please try Carpets 2 Go first, the customer service was amazing

Very happy with the service overall from wall2wall! Ali was brilliant and kept me updated throughout with the fitting schedule. Had his team fit both LVT and carpet. Bilal the carpet fitter was exceptional 👌🏻 he worked so hard and professionally alone. Faz and the team who fitted the LVT did a fantastic job aligning all the tiles. The only minor criticism I can put is the team who fitted the LVT took the doors off but didn’t re-fit them after installing the flooring. Other than that everything else was spot on! Thank you everyone at Wall2wall 👌🏻

I had new flooring fitted and honestly how amazing!! the cost the workmanship. The can do attitudes of the men - could not fault them from start to finish.
