Nova Flooring

Nova Flooring is a small family-run flooring company with over twenty years of experience in the flooring industry. Craig Cunningham and Jason Pinder head up operations at Nova Flooring, and the team includes Craig, Jason, Alex, Lloyd, and Lucian.

The company operates across South Wales, West Wales and the south of England, working on both domestic and commercial flooring projects. It offers carpets, commercial flooring, domestic flooring, luxury vinyl flooring, hygienic wall cladding, and Amtico flooring. For larger projects, Nova Flooring has an extended network of trained fitters and specialist associates.

Luxury vinyl tile and Amtico installations, alongside commercial flooring work and carpet fitting, form the core of what customers describe at this Cardiff company. Several reviewers highlight the standard of the finish, particularly where new flooring had to be joined to an existing surface or an awkward step and uneven subfloor needed to be resolved. Craig is named repeatedly for his knowledge and advice, explaining which products would suit a space and steering customers towards more suitable options, while Jason and Lloyd are praised for their professionalism and speed during fitting.

Punctuality and clear communication come up often, with customers noting that the team kept them informed before and after the work. Tidiness is a recurring point too, as fitters are described as cleaning up after themselves and leaving rooms ready to use. Reviewers mention the careful preparation involved, including levelling and latex layers, which contributed to a well-contoured result that has worn well. The company is also noted for its selection of flooring, with customers finding guidance on materials helpful. Many describe having already passed the team's details to family and friends, and the completed floors are said to have drawn compliments from visitors.
