Highly recommended. I visited several times when choosing a new floor for my kitchen. I couldn't decide which flooring to get but each time I went, all the staff were really helpful. Karl in particular was amazing (and patient) as was the young gentleman who carried the flooring packs to my car for me. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
Amazing service at Floor Giants. As soon as we walked in we were approached to what we wanted, we were shown the floors and were able to see them on the floor. Everything was explained clearly and in detail from the choice of flooring we'd made, to the installation and after sale and care. Excellent service from Jordan at Floor Giants Culverhouse Cross. From the moment we walked in, Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the different flooring options clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and his professionalism and customer service were outstanding throughout. Had wonderful service from Jordan in-store. Very knowledgeable and approachable at every step. Dan came to measure, who again was great and made some tweaks to our order which were exactly what was needed. Local fitter Lee, got the job done in a day and did a fantastic job. All very reasonably priced and top service.
We bought a carpet from Floor Giants, Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff. The staff helped us find exactly what we were looing for (Jordan, Joe, Carl). They worked out a fair price and the wait for delivery was not long. When we needed to change the day for fitting it was not a problem. The fitters were excellent - three of them (Mike, Isaac, and one more). We would go to this company again.
