Having my entire flat re carpeted via my landlord. I visited the store and spoke to Aron. He came over to measure the rooms. Very helpful and professional so far. I will post photos when the job is finished. Pleased with the progress so far. Just up the road from Aldi close to Thomas Lewis Way. From a trusted reviewer.
We bought our hall and stair carpet from Mr H carpets. They were very friendly and extremely helpful . The fitters were also very professional and we are more than pleased with the end result. Would defo recommend far more personable than going to the big chains.
Not happy with the customer service of this company and unprofessional at times 1. Took them 2/3 times to find the paper work with my order even questioning the name on the order 2. Carpet actually came in yesterday but never bothered to contact me and had to chase them up 3. Delivery Driver asking for payment for delivery normally £35 but I’ll do it for £20 we was clearly told it was in the price i paid! 4 Your delivery Driver stepping on my brand new worktops that was on the floor clearly told to watch on the floor 5 Brought the carpet in one big massive roll most definitely could been brought to us in two parts as they had the measurements
Called in here to enquire about prices for fitted carpets. Very helpful lady gave me information I needed and arranged date for measuring up.
Always found they give a brilliant service.
I brought carpet from them and we had a deal that they will fitted for me as well. Two blokes turned up to fit it both of them were rude to my family start swearing at my dad and left. 10 minutes later they dropped off the carpet by the front door and left.
