Mick E Rooney Carpets & Flooring

Mick E Rooney Carpets & Flooring is a flooring company based in South Yorkshire. The company first opened for business in 1993, giving it 35 years of experience. It serves Yorkshire and the surrounding area, as well as South Yorkshire and the rest of the UK.

The company's fitters handle projects ranging from small local projects to major national work. Flooring types fitted include laminate, Karndean, carpet, safety flooring, real wood, lino and Amtico. The company supplies and fits all vinyl, wood, laminate and carpet floors to both domestic and commercial properties.

Householders in Sheffield have called on Mick E Rooney Carpets & Flooring for a range of domestic projects, from full-house carpet, laminate and wood installations to a bespoke stair runner, kitchen vinyl and bathroom flooring. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of the finished work: reviewers often describe carpets and vinyl laid to a high standard, including a technically demanding pattern with numerous angles that required precise cutting.

Customers also highlight Mick's expertise and advice, noting that he helps them choose a suitable product and finish and that he resolved a bouncy floor while fitting kitchen vinyl. Several accounts mention quotes given promptly and fitting arranged soon afterwards, alongside reasonable pricing for the work carried out. His manner comes up often too, with customers describing him as friendly, efficient and easy to deal with, and one remarking that no job seemed too much trouble. The jobs named span kitchens, halls, stairs and landings, bathrooms and whole properties, with materials supplied including carpet, laminate, wood and vinyl.
