I have dealt with Michael John Flooring several times and they have been the most helpful you would expect. Very professional people to deal with, and the workmanship of the work carried out was outstanding.

Upon deciding to replace the flooring in our cottage, we chose Michael John Flooring - a name we have been aware of for many years. Our daily contact is Jess Hill. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We have completed Phase I and are part way through Phase II. The communication and service we have received is 1st class. The products and fitters are exceptional and we would have no issues recommending this company.

Carpet and fitters arrived on time The carpet was very well put down including a join which if it had not been pointed out would not have know it was there. I have used Michael John for a great number of years and each time they have performed beyond expectation. I would have no problems in recommending them

From start to finish, we received the highest level of customer service from Michael John Flooring. The knowledge in store is unrivalled, the gentleman who came to measure up (Tim I think) was also incredibly knowledgeable and then the fitting team were brilliant and very professional. As always, the product is the most important thing and the quality of carpet is superb. We have used a few different carpet stores in Leics and these guys are without doubt the best in the business!!

We have used Michael John before in a previous house so we were happy to go to them again. We needed to fit Amtico flooring in a bathroom. They came and measured up, we agreed on the preparation required and on the agreed date they came and fitted 2 layers of plywood (to give us an even surface), fitted the tiles and then cleaned up before they finished. Another great job - I would highly recommend Michael John anytime.

Michael John pulled out all the stops when we suddenly and urgently required a new floor on one of our boats. Superb job done and within a great time frame.

Cannot recommend enough. They recently fitted a new floor in the bedroom of my canal boat and did a first class job. There was a fair bit of messing around on my behalf, moving appointments as I wasn’t ready then being in a hurry to get it completed - they accommodated all of my demands!! Communication throughout was brilliant. The fitter was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Thank you.
