Flooring supply and installation, from herringbone LVT and laminate to carpet tiles and communal-area vinyl, is the core of what customers describe here, with floor levelling also featuring among the work undertaken. Joe and Jack appear as the names that reviewers mention most, and the same qualities keep surfacing: friendliness, honesty and expertise, alongside unhurried guidance on designs, colours and samples that includes patience with customers who find choosing difficult. Punctuality is noted consistently, as are speedy replies to messages and quick completion of jobs.

Tidiness crops up repeatedly, with waste materials cleared away once the fitting ends. Advice that pointed customers towards cheaper options, saving them money, forms another common thread, as does communication maintained after payment has been made. Larger projects spanning living areas, kitchens, utility rooms, dressing areas and en-suites are described, as is a short-notice fit of office carpet tiles, and the transformation of rooms through new flooring is a point that comes up often. Several accounts mention plans for further upstairs work or repeat bookings with the same fitters.
