Homeowners renovating properties around Leicester have repeatedly called on this flooring specialist for wood floor restoration, with several returning for work on more than one house. The standard of the finished result recurs throughout the feedback, with wooden floors transformed and pine boards running through a downstairs that looked as good as new. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the professionalism and attention to detail shown by Bav and Ben, joined by Stephan on one project, who are named for their courteous and efficient approach.

Customers describe clear communication, including regular progress updates and a flexible attitude to scheduling, together with practical guidance on keeping the finished floor in good condition afterwards. Tidiness and a smooth process from start to finish are mentioned, and the work is described as meeting or surpassing what had been agreed. Sanding and finishing of existing boards emerges as the core service, and repeat business from satisfied clients runs through the feedback. Several customers note that they would call on the same team again for the remainder of their property.
