In Oadby, Benjamin James Hardwood Flooring Ltd carries out hardwood flooring work, and the two accounts available focus on the standard of the finished installation and the conduct of the fitters. Both describe the quality of the flooring in glowing terms, with one customer so pleased with the product and the service that they intend to return for more flooring in future.

The same reviewer notes that the workmen were courteous throughout. Tidiness is also mentioned, with the floor being cleared and left clean at the close of each working day rather than mess being left behind.
