From start to finish I couldnt have asked for any more. From my initial consultation with the guys at the shop in Coventry, to picking the carpets to arranging the logistics around my small leasehold apartment and requiring extra permissions and paperwork, to the contractors DPM, carpet fitters everyone and everything has been better than I could have expected. All were friendly and professional and I would without any doubt recommend Karpet Kingdom to anyone. Well done guys and thank you for doing such a great job.
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t fault this company at all. The price was really fair, and although I paid a little more than some other companies, it was completely worth it for the quality of service and peace of mind. From the person who came out to measure up, to the team at Carpet Kingdom, everyone involved was professional, helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. The communication and customer service throughout were excellent. A special thank you to Luke and Alex, who came to my home and did such a fantastic job. Honest, reliable, hardworking, and genuinely lovely lads — they took real pride in their work, and it showed. I’ve used other companies before for work on my home in Coventry, and honestly, the service and aftercare were disappointing. But Carpet Kingdom has been on a completely different level. Bought Carpet from Karpet kingdom Coventry. Bought for very good price. Process was easy from start to finish. Went into shop seen Chris he helped us a lot on choice of carpet and delivery day as we was looking for quick fit. Fitters turned up on time and did a great job on fitting the carpet.
