The flooring job came with several unexpected setbacks, including severe cracks and drastically uneven surfaces, but nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to overcome every issue, taking the time to make sure everything was done properly rather than simply taking the easiest route. The level of care, attention to detail and professionalism was fantastic, and the finished flooring looks absolutely beautiful. It’s clear that they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Really pleased with our new flooring - two bedrooms, landing and stairs! Will helped with organising our install and kept us informed throughout, Jack came out to measure up and Danny was our installer. Danny removed the old flooring, laid a new subfloor, fitted the new LVT and carpet, and finished it off with beading and radiator pipe covers. Danny is professional and highly skilled, (he even worked through this nightmare heatwave to get it done and to high standard), and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful throughout the process. The quality of the finish is excellent, exactly what we were hoping for. The whole job was done in three days and the price was very reasonable. Would happily recommend to anyone - thanks guys!

Fantastic service from Jack and the Team, supplying and installing the new Vinyl Sheet flooring on my Narrowboat. Provided great advice on the preparation of the existing flooring to make sure I had it ready form them. The fitting by Danny is superb, and he managed to install in one piece in a very awkward layout. Went above and beyond in providing and installing bespoke Transition Strips between the new floor and existing. Overall, really impressed. Great choice of products, knowledgeable about their products and brilliant installation. Thank you.

Will and Jack provided excellent customer service, handling the quotes and giving helpful recommendations, all at a very reasonable price with no unnecessary extra costs. Ian and Lee did a fantastic job fitting the flooring throughout the whole house — really professional, friendly, and the attention to detail was spot on.
