Very professional service from start to finish. The team showed great experience and attention to detail, ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. The carpet was fitted perfectly, and the overall finish looks fantastic. Even had time to sort the toilet floor and bathroom floor which also looks great, Highly recommended! ⭐️

Great experience with Floor Factory! Ripped out our old Amtico flooring and laid new Amtico down across the whole of our downstairs area. Great experience with John and the store staff. Ryan and the team were also great during the fitting, had really good attention to detail and left the area really clean/tidy. Will definitely use again. Thanks!

We had our whole house fitted by Floor Factory - carpets, herringbone LVT and LVT tiles in the bathrooms. The customer service in the store is great - very friendly and helpful (especially when you're overwhelmed with choice like me). We took the samples home with us to decide, which is helpful to do with different lights! The team who fitted the flooring were friendly and professional and have done a fantastic job throughout! The communication was good with everyone from start to finish. Would definitely use them again in the future and I have already directed family members to use them.

Very pleased with the new flooring and the personal service from the team at Floor Factory. Not something you often find with bigger companies. The advisor in the showroom guided me through all the options available which can seem quite daunting. Used the room visualiser and during the home visit/measure was given some good advice on finishes. The screeding of the floors and subsequent fitting were completed in a couple of days and all old flooring was taken away and everything left very clean. Would happily recommend Floor Factory
