Very decent pricing for a very good quality carpet, the fitters that came were very nice, professional and respectful and managed to get my old bedroom carpet out and new one in within an hour. I'm extremely happy with the final result and when I went into the store the man and lady were excellent and understood the assignment that I needed a carpet that was easier to clean than what I had and everything went very smoothly. Id recommend JQ Carpets to absolutely anyone that requires a carpet. And will be doing so to my friends and family in the surrounding area.

We had used JQ Carpets on many occasions under the previous management of Mike and had always been happy with the service we had received. When we finished our renovations we again visited to sort out a runner for our stairs that would then go onto the landing and into one bedroom. This is when we first met Ricky and soon realised the business was still in very capable hands. We found Ricky to be very helpful, likeable and keen to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We chose a herringbone carpet which wasn’t easy to fit but the fitters did an excellent job making sure that the pattern matched at the top of the stairs as well as into the bedroom.. no easy task! Ricky also arranged for the edges of it to be trimmed in black. We were delighted with the finished job and would thoroughly recommend this little hidden gem of a shop for any flooring needs.

Mark and Joel were fantastic, great service, went above and beyond for me, especially when we uncovered a few issues with my old flooring... but now it looks amazing with a lovely luxury vinyl tile floor! We had been getting quotes from several carpet companies, and most of them told us we’d have to wait at least a month for installation. On top of that, their prices were much higher. We were on a very tight schedule, so this was a huge concern. Thankfully, Ricky from JQ Carpets was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding. He reassured us that the carpet could be installed within just a couple of days, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was outstanding, the price was very competitive, and the installation was completed exactly as promised. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Ricky and Co. Working together are a very good team in the shop super helpfull, friendly and knowledgeable, the fitters are reliable, efficient and trustworthy. ive had a small hall way and bedroom fitted so far will definitely be asking back to do the lounge...would recomend most definitely. Super local business to deal with.

Amazing so much better than the big named shops who were quoting stupid prices and felt very sales driven. Ricky in the shop was so helpful and polite couldn't have done anymore for us and willing to give honest us advise based on what we was looking for to help us save money. He come round and measured up all the floors and even advised to make sure my doors would actually close after the carpets were done and wouldn't ruin the carpets gave me a number for Neil who come round within a few days to trim them all down for a fee of course but totally worth it! Then Steve and Scott come round to fit they was so professional, friendly and punctual and I'm more than happy with how they all look amazing work! Great customer service from start to finish even getting a bit of off cut made into a frount door mat so it all matches couldn't recommend enough
