We came in late on a Sunday afternoon, just as you definitely don’t want to see a customer. Kayleigh couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious. Very excited for our floors no to arrive!

I brought the Natural Country Oak flooring. When it was laid it looked lovely. I am really pleased with this product. I had to return 2 boxes as it was not needed. Sherri and the Store Manager cannot be faulted on their customer service in dealing with the refund. I would recommend this company before you go elsewhere.

We are extremely disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the after-sales service provided by this company. After only a few months of use, the flooring started developing multiple issues. When we contacted them regarding the warranty, they showed no willingness to take responsibility or resolve the problems. As a result, we had to hire an independent flooring specialist to inspect and repair the floor. According to their findings, many areas had gaps due to poor installation, and several sections had little or no adhesive applied underneath. This indicates a lack of professionalism during the installation and raises serious concerns about the quality of the work. What disappointed us even more was that, after this experience, I took the time to read other customers’ reviews. It became very clear why this company has received so many 1-star reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was very similar to what many previous customers had described. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve both the quality of their workmanship and their willingness to stand behind their work when problems arise.

We made a few visits to the store to find the right flooring for ourselves. We would like to say thank you to Kayleigh for all her help & patience while we were deciding & finally purchased Evocore flooring . We would definitely recommend to others ..

If you have already made the mistake of using Havant Flooring, then unfortunately I sympathise with you. Based on my experience, do not expect much help when problems start appearing. When I reported the defects, my concerns were largely ignored, emails went unanswered, and there was little interest in taking responsibility for the issues. My advice would be to find a reputable flooring company to inspect and rectify the defects properly, as I have completely lost confidence in Havant Flooring’s willingness to provide effective after-sales support. A floor that develops multiple defects after only three months is simply unacceptable. Customers pay for quality workmanship, reliable materials, and professional service. Sadly, my experience with Havant Flooring fell far short of all three. I regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere

Treat the staff terribly and let managers degrade and put down staff members, also wouldn’t trust the materials because 90% of the orders always mess up with deliveries or material qualities , definitely stay away from, not worth the headache because they will never refund anything faulty

Ben was very helpful and tried his best to give me the best deal. Can't wait to see how the laminate would look in my new home.
