Amelia and Kieran were incredibly helpful and accommodating of our three young children keeping them entertained allowing us to pick out our tiles. They were also very knowledgeable; helping us make our decision.

Every visit we have had has been excellent customer service. Served by Drew a few times who was really helpful, matched tiles for us and returned extras with no fuss at all. We won’t go anywhere else from now for our tiles!

I've never replaced a bathroom before, so I don't have a clue! I visited the Fareham branch of Topps Tiles last week and James was amazing. . Extremely friendly and helpful! I happened to be in the area of the Portsmouth branch today having visited 2 other bathroom shops. . . Neither of which offered us any kind of help at all! On entering Topps Portsmouth, Drew was busy with a costumer but still greeted us. As soon as he was finished, he came over and Offered help. I will definitely be buying from Topps tiles as they are the only shop I've visited recently who seem to actually value their customers! Thank you Drew and James! 😀
